Let me try to give you a little further glimpse into who I am and what I am up to. 

I am a dexterous & creative professional specialized in result oriented Project Management, Sustainable Innovations, Interdisciplinary Research, Pedagogical Excellence, Engineering Design & Process Optimizations, Strategic Change and Standards Development; my specializations are focused on Practical Usability, Safety, Integrity, Cost Effectiveness and Productive Management, while channeling all these efforts towards incrementally heightening my organization's competitive advantages. My career objective is to proactively contribute to society's development, like: helping build a better world through our future generations - that's why I teach students in parallel to my full time industrial jobs; building safer & more functional engineered solutions - that's why I have been as well working in the industry; achieve Net Zero Air Pollution and not just net zero emission & carbon capture, but also fully salvaging from the existing & ongoing damages as well - that's why I keep researching & inventing.

I have two decades of experience, having delivered mega industrial as well as research projects across continents and countries (Canada, USA, Australia, South Korea, UK, Singapore, Malaysia, India, Vietnam, Kazakhstan, etc.), and having taught many university students & researchers; I also have multiple publications in reputed international conferences & journals besides my patents (pending). I have a Ph.D. degree in engineering management focussed on proactive innovations for continuous business advantages, a PMP certification, P.Eng. (Canada) & C.Eng. (Global) licences, a B.Eng. degree in Mechanical Engineering, MASME, FIE and I serve on multiple international committees. 

In the Academia, I enhanced academic excellence & student success by continuously correlating Concepts to Practical Industrial Examples and this approach has yielded tremendous results in helping my students actually learn the subject instead of just study, and I, in turn, got consistent Student Evaluation Scores above 93%!

In the Industry, I through my team, reduced costs upto 65% through innovative design optimizations (our company's global Fortune business rankings jumped up by more than 10 ranks within 2 years due to the resulting massive cost benefits that these optimizations brought)! Also I helped my team curtail management cycle times & making business processes leaner by upto 33% which in turn raised our customers' satisfaction levels!

I have Subject Matter Expertise in Research Design, Project Management, Interdisciplinary Collaboration, Leadership, International Trade, PMBOK, Entrepreneurship, Engineering Design & Stress Analysis.

I am attentive to details with always an eye for the Bigger Picture!

And my leadership approach is that of a teacher who inspires and motivates his pupils to help them realize their true own potentials!

Being an Innovator-at-Heart, I am innately tech-savvy, always keeping up with the latest innovations in not only my areas of specializations but in other sectors as well. Being a contributing member of the ASME B31 Code Committee helps me keep abreast of the latest developments in the core engineering areas; my associations with PMI & other bodies keeps me up to date with the latest advancement in business management; while my voracious reading habits continuously enrich me in the other areas. 

My enriching industrial as well as academia experiences reinforced with my core innovative skills are always a constant source of my inspiration to make things continuously better, safer and faster. While I don't prefer to reinvent the wheel, but I do believe that there is always a scope to add wings to each wheel. I value time more than anything else, however in case of a conflict between time and quality, I decide on a case to case basis, carefully reviewing the impacts of each, on all the relevant stakeholders. Known to be a proactive team motivator, I also have proven skills in systematically reducing Time Loss, Opportunity Loss & Revenue Loss.

My supervisors say I am neighbor's envy owner's pride, and, cream of the cream, my customers commend me as proactive and diligent, while my peers call me a fast guy and that, I am a humble & quick learner. They are right, because I am a detailed visionary and I continuously hone my own plus my team & employer's market superiority while never losing sight of the Bigger Picture. 

 Apart from work, I love fast but safe driving and music.
